Casino War is probably the most simple of games available at online casinos. The rules are straight forward, the player and dealer draws one card each, whoever has the highest card value wins.
War is usually played with six decks, values are the same as poker, 2 being the lowest, ace being high. Suit type has no baring on the cards value.
Players wager their bets, once bets are down the dealer will deal 1 card to each player and one to themselves.
Each player compares their card value to the dealer. If they're higher they win, if they're lower they lose. In the case of the tie a player can either surrender and lose half of his/her bet or go to war. Going to war results in the player having to match their original bet, the dealer will then burn three cards and deal a card to himself and the player. Regular rules then apply to see who has the highest card. Some online casinos may offer a tie bet, which usually pays out at 10 to 1.
